**Professional Development**
- Assessing needs for workshop for teachers and students
- Organizing workshop based on need and monitoring follow up
- Facilitating observation of lesson and micro-teaching
- Willingness to upgrade ones knowledge and encouraging teachers to do the same
- Organizing co-ordination meeting, fixing the agenda and maintaining minutes

**Institutional Developments**
- Assistance in evolution of whole schools policies on language and students support keeping in mind the larger goal
- Helping to interview new staff if required
- Giving suggestions to Vice Principal on teaching load allocation
- Giving feedback to Vice Principal about the teachers performance

**Parental/Community Support**
- Designing and implementing programs for parents
- Individual guidance to parents
- Encouraging parents to contributing articles to Newsletter

**Responsibilities for ones own Development**
- Acting as a appraiser
- Willingness to be appraised
- Undertaking action research and reporting for the same
- Writing of articles for Newsletter HR/FORMATS/JD-01

**Curriculum**
- Assisting Vice Principal in overall planning and annual review of curriculum
- Helping teachers to enrich curriculum by guiding them in line with the development needs of the students
- Assisting Vice Principal to review text material
- Planning, organizing and monitoring field trips and project work
- Helping with design of evaluation tools
- Monitoring of log books, lesson plan
- Guiding the teachers towards using of A.V. aids and potential new resources (human & material)
- Foreseeing the academic needs of the students and the teachers.

**Meetings**
- Attendance of Monthly Co-ordination Meetings of co-ordinators Resources
- Maintaining records of teaching materials
- Submission of stationary requirements to Vice Principal

**Reports**
- Contributing to monthly status reports which are being sent to AKES,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
