**Job Title**: Vice Principal

**Location**: Mundra, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹70,000 - ₹80,000 per month
**Experience**: 4-5 years
**Education**: B.Ed. + M.A. (Master of Arts)
**Gender Preference**: Open to Both (Male/Female)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in day-to-day school operations, academic planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and support teaching staff in delivering high-quality instruction.
- Coordinate curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and student performance tracking.
- Handle discipline-related issues and support student welfare initiatives.
- Conduct teacher evaluations and facilitate professional development programs.
- Manage communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee co-curricular and extracurricular programs to enhance student growth.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, safety protocols, and educational standards.
- Lead school events, assemblies, and administrative meetings as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Master’s degree (M.A.) required.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in school administration or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of modern pedagogical practices and school management systems.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
