The project:
This is a mixed-use development project in Gurgaon.

Supports the planning function on allocated project and contribute where required. Contributes within allocated portfolios, effectively planned, scheduled and monitored. Supports the effective project management and delivery of our projects, ensuring delivered on time and profitably. Responsible for the planning of medium complexity projects, a portfolio of smaller projects or sections of larger projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Contributes to plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site project constraints.
- Interfaces constructively with project team.
- Contributes to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team.
- Understands functional obligations under form of contract.
- Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.
- Communicates effectively with the client and stakeholders.
- Supports sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes.
- Supports health and safety through programme integration.
- Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.
- Undertakes tasks required to fulfil the requirements of the project/assignment.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in civil.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
- RICS/NICMAR professionals are preferable.
