Job Title: Stock and Custodian*

Key Responsibilities:*

1. Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming shipments of materials, supplies, and products.

2. Organize and maintain inventory stockrooms in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and easily accessible.

3. Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed to ensure adequate stock levels for production.

4. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and records.

5. Assist in the preparation and execution of inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

6. Handle and store valuable materials and finished products with care to prevent damage or loss.

7. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to coordinate the flow of materials and ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules.

8. Enforce security protocols to safeguard against theft or unauthorized access to inventory and stockrooms.

9. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and transfers.

10. Assist in the implementation of inventory management software and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in inventory management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or stockroom management, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Proficiency in using computerized inventory
