**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carefully pack finished jewellery items based on order requirements and customer specifications.
- Ensure all items are securely and attractively packed, maintaining product integrity and presentation.
- Perform final product checks for defects, quantity, and tagging before packing.
- Work closely with the production, QA, and dispatch teams to meet shipping deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the packing area.
- Prepare documentation related to packaging, such as packing slips, checklists, etc.
- Assist in dispatching and order tracking, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a jewellery manufacturing or similar industry.
- Knowledge of handling delicate and high-value products.
- Basic understanding of packaging materials and methods.
- Ability to work with speed and precision under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to handle light manual work.
- Strong team spirit, honesty, and attention to detail.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Diploma or certification in logistics, packaging, or related fields is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Clean, secure, and well-lit packing facility.
- May require occasional extended working hours during high-demand periods or seasonal peaks.

**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Reporting To**: Production Manager / Dispatch Supervisor

Pay: ₹8,881.89 - ₹24,950.51 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
