Job Description
- Customer Support Executive (Outbound)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Act as the first line of support for solving customer queries
- Make outbound calls to manage customer appointments with the experts
- Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, and complaints, as well as actions taken

Eligibility:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Multiple Languages Preferred
- HSC or graduate fresher, experienced.

**Salary**:

- Up to 25,000 fixed plus PF
- Incentives depends on performance

Shift:

- 9am to 6pm, work from office.

**Location**:

- Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
