We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records within our system. This role is crucial in supporting supply chain efficiency by ensuring the integrity of data related to inventory levels, item information, and stock movements.

1. Update and maintain accurate inventory data in MS Excel.

2. Coordinate regularly with department supervisors to ensure timely submission, review, and accuracy of inventory reports.

3. Follow up on pending reports, discrepancies, or data gaps to support accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation.

4. Proactively address reporting delays by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and escalating concerns when necessary.

5. Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counts and physical inventory processes.

6. Generate and analyse inventory reports to identify trends.

7. Ensure item master data (SKU details, descriptions, units of measure, etc.) is accurate and up to date.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
