Role : Sales Associate

Exp :0-3yrs

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or 2nd puc

Location :Rajaji nagar Bangalore

**Salary**: 18k-35k

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our LED lighting and signage solutions to prospective customers

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:

- Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their lighting and signage needs.
- Educate customers about our product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate product information and quotations. Sales and

Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify sales leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand clients' businesses and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our LED lighting and signage products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
