Wipro’s **Banking & Financial Services Sector** has an exciting opportunity for an **Account** **Executive (AE)**to help direct a rapidly growing account in the India. The AE is a specialized sales professional, who will be the relationship manager for Wipro’s strategic accounts and have deep comprehension of the industry domain. The AE will be a seasoned relationship builder at the various Levels of the organization and originate opportunities for Wipro. This role is primarily sales focused and will be responsible for growth targets and individual Profit & Loss metrics of the account(s).

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- As the Account Executive, you are accountable for managing senior relationships across business line(s) within the account, with a keen eye on account growth and profitability.
- Establish and build trust while capturing client context by appreciation of client's overall business goals, while continuing to build lasting client relationships.
- The AE identifies opportunities of growth in the account/s and leads account strategy and planning. He/she drives penetration in the customer’s business units and maintains a comprehensive account growth strategy. He/she regularly monitors sales trends, market dynamics and incorporates into existing account strategy and plan.
- You will be responsible of mentoring and nurturing the next line of leadership in the account team. He/she ensures high customer satisfaction, loyalty and quality of experience. You will communicate progress against account plan and other related developments to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ownership of the account plan process and budget preparation in synchronization with sales executives and industry leaders.
- Achieving contract renewals and new business development efforts towards further growth.
- Delivery management: Monitor execution of delivery in the client account and ensure defined quality and process standards.
- Drive innovation: Host and Participate in events with alliance partners and industry forums and present Wipro's proof of concepts and value proposition.

**Qualifications**:
- Ideally, at least 10+ years of pitching, presenting, and selling IT Portfolio Services to C- level clients
- Banking & Financial Services domain experience
- Progressive background as a Profit & Loss owner, ideally having managed at least a $10M+ businesses.
- Has an engineering mindset
- Experience selling broader IT Services portfolio across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, others
- Preferred backgrounds with stronger fluency in Retail Banking.
- Experience in working Global Capability Centers preferably in Banking
- Has most often exceeded sales growth targets on revenue, bookings, and margins.
- Robust knowledge of global delivery model and methodologies to partner with offshore and various horizonal business lines and solution teams.
- Excellent communications, with a keen ability to collaborate between internal teams and the client stakeholders to further anchor the account relationship and sales growth.
