Executive/ Sr Executive - Accounts

Qualification : Bcom or Mcom

**Scope of work**:Accounts Executive will be responsible for daily accounting work, bank related work, payment/ cash business, invoicing and generating reports.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for All Daily Accounting work.
- Daily Accounting activities as Voucher Entry, Cash, bank work up to Finalization.
- Responsible to handle Vendor's Payment, Bills etc.
- Responsible for All Daily Bank Related Work i.e. RTGS/NEFT, Cheque Deposit, Cash withdraw, Monthly stock Statement.
- Pay Order
- Preparing Report using Tally/ERP, Excel etc.
- Maintaining all Sales / Services Record, Register etc.
- To look after Payments and Invoicing.
- Petty Cash handling.
- Handling Service Tax, TDS, Details preparing.
- Bills Receivable & Bill payables, Covering Letters
- Order processing, preparing invoice.
- Party statement & collection.
- Credit and debit note generation
- Maintaining Advance & Expenses of the employee.
- Searching, comparing and evaluating the vendors
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and policies.
- Processing statutory data before deadline.
- Assisting the audit process.
- Preparing purchase order.
- Fulfilling purchase requirement in time by tracking quality of purchased products
- Update purchase data in ERP/ System, preparing purchase report.
- **Qualification**: Commerce Graduate.
- **Work Experience**: Preferably 2-3 years of work experience as Accounts Executive
- **Skills**: Knowledge of Tally and taxation, Good communication/Conversation Skills, Eye for details, basic computer skills.
- **Physical Attributes**: Pleasant and Impressive appearance and conduct.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
