**Role: Senior Manager / Associate Director - Talent Acquisition**

**Experience Level**:10+ years

We are seeking a Manager/Associate Director of Talent Acquisition who will use their

knowledge and experience to help us create, manage, and deliver effective and innovative global

programs, processes, resources, and tools.

As a key contributor, will collaborate with business stakeholders and HRBP teams to develop

and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives, drive

superior business results, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the

business.
- The role will also be custodian of all TA processes for the region within the organization.
- Partner with BU leaders, hiring managers to conduct workforce planning and align recruiting plan.
- Develop simple and efficient system to support recruiting programs tailored to organization need.
- Handling multiple teams, train, mentor and guide them. Design the effective sourcing strategies & channel for open demands.
- Responsible for stakeholder management with VPs & Global BU Heads.
- Work HR Leaders and Business stakeholders to identify talent pool and meet the growing talent demands of each business unit within the organization.
- Manage time bound acquisition of talent (both external and internal) to ensure availability of adequate resources for the business.
- Ensure leveraging of tool and its reporting capabilities to drive hiring process compliance in line with groups best practices
- Leverage multiple sources of talent to develop external slate of talents for critical roles

**Job Requirements**:

- Min of 10+ years’ experience into IT Engineering / R&D / Function, stakeholder management, niche and hot skill hiring within the defined SLA.
- Experience managing multiple teams and developing best practices in hiring.
- Strong experience in Engineering IT hiring.
- Good experience in people management in recruiting function.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
