Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition Location: Remote Department: Human Resources Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent acquisition strategy. This is a remote position for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition within HR domain companies or recruitment-related organizations. The ideal candidate must have expertise in headhunting and sourcing processes, ensuring the successful identification and engagement of high-caliber talent to meet organizational goals. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and values. Analyze market trends and workforce planning needs to shape future hiring strategies. Build partnerships with senior leaders to understand hiring priorities and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, remote talent acquisition team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the recruitment function. Headhunting and Sourcing Lead executive and specialized recruitment efforts using advanced headhunting and sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through innovative sourcing techniques. Leverage technology, social media platforms, and recruitment tools to identify top talent globally. Process Management Establish, refine, and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the delivery of exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. Continuously evaluate and adopt best practices in recruitment operations. Metrics and Reporting Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition team. Present insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership to optimize recruitment efforts. Employer Branding Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand and position the company as an employer of choice. Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and team-building efforts. Compliance and Standards Ensure recruitment practices adhere to all legal and organizational standards. Stay updated on employment laws and recruitment trends in key markets. Qualifications Required Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience working in HR domain or recruitment-related companies. Skills : Deep expertise in headhunting, sourcing, and executive-level recruitment. Strong command of modern recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage a remote team effectively while achieving ambitious goals. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus. Preferred Experience with global recruitment and managing international hiring processes. Familiarity with recruitment analytics and leveraging data for decision-making. A strong track record of implementing successful employer branding initiatives.
