Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: Hyderabad (Onsite)Shift: US Shift (10 to 7 EST)Experience: 5 yearsWe’re looking for a strategic and hands-on hiring manager to execute end-to-end recruitment for our India operations. You’ll work closely with leadership teams and department heads to design hiring strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure timely closures of key positions across departments. This role requires someone who can balance strategic talent planning with active execution, ensuring the right talent joins the right role at the right time.Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based roles from workforce planning to onboarding. • Partner with business heads and department leaders to forecast hiring needs and build scalable recruitment plans. • Guide and mentor a team of HR recruiters on sourcing, screening, and evaluation strategies. • Utilize advanced sourcing channels (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean, niche portals, social media, and referrals). • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. • Drive initiatives to improve offer-to-join ratios and reduce time-to-fill. • Analyze recruitment data, create dashboards, and report metrics to management. • Support employer branding through digital channels and hiring campaigns. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the company’s values and culture.Requirements • Must have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Proven track record of hiring for IT and non-IT positions. • Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and modern recruitment strategies. • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment aligned to US time zones. • Experience using ATS platforms, analytics dashboards, and recruitment CRMs.Preferred Skills • Exposure to staffing or consulting environments. • Experience building and managing a recruitment team. • Understanding of compliance and documentation in IT staffing.
