**Job Title: Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the deal life-cycle from initiation to closure.
- Engage with startups to understand their needs and align them with investor interests.
- Manage communications and negotiations between startups, investors, and fund houses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for startups, investors, and adjacent entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities through financial assessments.
- Discuss investments, valuations, and financial models with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and execution of venture building strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year working with startup founders and/or investors.
- Prior experience with incubators, fund houses, accelerators, or similar organizations is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in managing negotiations and articulating complex concepts
- clearly.
- Strong understanding of investments, valuations, and financial modeling.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of professionals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
