**Relationship Executive**

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Executive to join our Team. The Relationship Executive will be responsible to handle the calls related to enquires and guide the people as per the requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling the customer calls effectively
- Address customer inquiries via Phone & E - Mail
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and objectives
- Adept in customer handling and maintaining the relations
- Database Management of the clienteles and event follow-ups

**Skills**
- Good in oral and written communications (Proficient in Tamil / English)
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Any Graduate / Relevant Academic Qualification

**Experience**: Fresher’s / 1 + yrs of experience in customer handling role

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
