Responsibilities 职责:

- End-to-End ownership of ServiceNow Products (complexity and number of Products vary)
- Consultation with Business Requestors and Process owners
- Explore and introduce new modules/processes/features
- Coordinate ServiceNow development activities
- Product owner/SPOC towards IT for enhancements in responsible service area
- Communicate and train the stakeholders on owned ServiceNow Products
- Coordinate implementation of Projects from ServiceNow perspective
- Drive Continual Service Improvement plans
- Contribute to the productive efficiency of owned areas
- Coordination with Vendor and Contractors
- Contribute to ServiceNow Upgrades
- Advocate ServiceNow platform and standard ITIL processes

Qualifications 要求:

- Experience as ServiceNow Admin in any of these workflows: ITOM, SPM, Security, IRM, HR
- Experience in new product implementations for ServiceNow
- Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
- Experience in Project delivery
- High adherence to processes
- Result-oriented focus
- Understanding of the ITIL concept
- Certified in ServiceNow products
