Job Title**:MIS Specialist - Sales**

Location**:Kosikala Mathura**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM and other systems.

2. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

3. Develop and implement data validation processes.

**Reporting and Analytics**:
1. Design and generate sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for stakeholders.

2. Analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities and challenges.

3. Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau/Power BI.

**Sales Performance Monitoring**:
1. Track sales KPIs (revenue, conversion rates, sales velocity).

2. Provide insights on sales funnel effectiveness.

3. Identify areas for process improvement.

System Integration and Development:
1. Integrate sales systems (CRM, ERP, marketing automation).

2. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.

3. Collaborate with IT on system enhancements.

**Stakeholder Support**:
1. Provide sales analytics training and support.

2. Address ad-hoc sales data requests.

3. Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic initiatives.

**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in MIS, sales analytics, or related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Proficient in**:

- CRM systems.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- experience in sales operations or business intelligence.
- Certification in data analytics or MIS.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,895.17 - ₹22,010.22 per month
