**JOB DESCRIPTION - TELESALES EXECUTIVE**

**Responsibilities**:
**1- Lead Management & Sales Execution**
- Make **80-100 outbound calls per day** to potential and existing customers.
- Convert incoming leads into **sales opportunities** by effectively pitching products/services.
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers.

**2- Customer Engagement & Support**
- Understand customer **needs, preferences, and pain points** to provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer queries regarding products, pricing, and offers.
- Handle objections and **negotiate effectively** to close sales.

**3- Product Knowledge & Upselling**
- Stay updated on **product features, benefits, and pricing strategies**.
- Educate customers about **newly launched products and special promotions**.
- Upsell and cross-sell **relevant products** to maximize sales opportunities.

**4- Data Management & Reporting**
- Accurately document **customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress**.
- Maintain and update **CRM systems** with lead and sales data.
- Provide daily reports on **call performance, conversions, and challenges** to the manager.

**5- Target Achievement & Performance Optimization**
- Meet or exceed **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets**.
- Continuously refine **sales pitches and strategies** to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the team to **optimize Telesales performance**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
