**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Relations**: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and directing guests to appropriate hotel amenities and services.
- **Billing and Payments**: Process guest payments, collect deposits, and provide accurate billing statements, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
- **Concierge Services**: Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other services to enhance guests' experiences.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
- **Safety and Security**: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by adhering to hotel policies and procedures, monitoring the lobby area, and reporting any suspicious activity.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to coordinate guest requests and ensure seamless communication.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
