- Proven experience in insurance sales or financial advisory roles, with a focus on life insurance products.
- Strong understanding of various life insurance policies, including term life and whole life.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Knowledge of financial planning principles and the ability to assess clients' needs comprehensively.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for client management and documentation.
