We are looking for a highly motivated and organized **Clinical Coordinator**to support our clinical operations team. In this role, you will assist in the management of clinical trials, ensuring smooth communication between participants, trial sites, and investigators. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical research and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and providers.
- Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and administrative teams.
- Address patient inquiries and follow up on care-related concerns.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient and provider records.
- Manage clinical schedules to optimize efficiency and coverage.
- Oversee patient intake and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction through proactive support.
- Assist in implementing clinical policies and quality assurance initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in life sciences, public health, clinical research, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in clinical research, patient engagement, and healthcare operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

**Preferred**:

- Spanish Language
- Prior experience or knowledge in clinical research or healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GCP) related to clinical trials.
