**About QHT Clinic**

QHT Clinic is a healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and support services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Coordinator** to join our team in a remote capacity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between departments.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation as required.
- Support HR and administrative functions including onboarding coordination, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Assist the management team with day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare basic reports, data entry, and maintain confidentiality of records.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Administration background preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in a remote setup with reliable internet connection.
- Prior experience as a coordinator, admin, or support role preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
