**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**:

- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to ensure timely client work completion.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day agency operations, including project timelines, resource allocation, and client deliverables.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between teams (SEO, video editing, design, client management).
- **Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team of six to achieve peak performance.
- Provide clear goals, regular feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Promote accountability, productivity, and collaboration across the agency.
- **Client Success**:

- Ensure top-quality service delivery for all 15+ clients while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the client management team to address concerns and exceed client expectations.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Partner with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives that align with the agency’s goals.
- Develop growth strategies for expanding services, improving client acquisition, and scaling operations.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability of campaigns and operations.
- Analyze revenue streams and propose new opportunities to increase profitability.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Uphold the agency’s reputation by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- Oversee compliance with internal policies and guidelines for campaigns and client work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
