Job Description: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

**Location**: Indore (On-site)
**Experience Required**: 7-10 years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Oversight**:

- Act as a strategic thinker, ensuring alignment of all company operations with organizational goals.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- **Information Management**:

- Serve as the central point for information flow across all departments.
- Maintain and manage all internal documents, marketing reports, project updates, and other critical organizational data.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Liaise with project teams to understand challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Foster effective communication between departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Monitor and resolve customer grievances with a focus on maintaining satisfaction.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience through efficient support and resolution strategies.
- **Leadership and Organizational Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate activities in HR, sales, marketing, projects, and customer support.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads and team members.
- **Reporting and Presentations**:

- Deliver high-quality presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Generate regular reports on operational status and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (7-10 years) in operations, strategy, or leadership roles.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A pleasing personality with a professional demeanor.
- Resides in Indore.
