- Prepare and send quotations to clients in response to inquiries or requests for proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of quotations.
- Maintain records of all quotations sent, including pricing details and terms.
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, negotiate terms, and secure agreements.
- Generate invoices for completed transactions, ensuring the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and taxes.
- Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile invoiced amounts and process payments.
- Monitor and track outstanding invoices, following up with clients as needed to expedite payment.
- Provide support to the customer service team regarding billing inquiries or discrepancies.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve quotation and invoicing processes and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to quotation and invoicing.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,888.05 per month
