We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team at West Coast Pharmaceuticals Works Limited. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring computer systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with an opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced pharmaceutical company.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent data entry and typing speed
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Time management and multitasking abilities
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Execute and schedule batch processing jobs
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
- Ensure system backups are performed regularly
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies
- Follow company policies and procedures for data security and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Assist other team members with IT-related tasks as needed
**Salary**: ₹8,928.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
