As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems within our store. Your primary role will involve ensuring smooth operations, providing technical support to staff, and maintaining data accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain computer systems and peripherals (POS systems, inventory systems, etc.)
- Ensure optimal performance and uptime of all systems.
- Accurately input and update customer information, sales data, and inventory records.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity and security.
- Provide technical assistance to store staff on computer systems and software.
- Train staff on new software and hardware as needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for POS and other system
- Utilize computer systems to manage inventory levels and track stock movement.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries and transactions as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and their operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,129.44 - ₹25,606.27 per month
