**Qualification & Experience**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3+ years Experience or ITI with 5+ years in Machinery & Electrical Maintenance.

**Brief Job Description**:

- Responsible for overall Maintenance of Plant & Machinery (both Mechanical & Electrical).
- Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and ensuring the adherence to the planned schedules
- Carrying out the Break down Maintenance
- Maintaining a safe & healthy working environment on the shop floor and maintaining related records

**Personal Attributes**: Good communication skills, ability to plan and prioritize, quality consciousness, analytical thinking, sensitivity to problem solving, quick decision making, safety orientation, dexterity and high precision, ability to use internal ERP systems ( if existing), managing teams, grievance management, listening skills, ability to train team members

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
