**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and format digital files for production, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator,Coreldraw) to create layouts and design elements for print materials.
- Ensure all files are print-ready, adhering to prepress standards (e.g., file formats, color modes, resolution, bleeds).
- Collaborate with the design team to refine layouts and make adjustments as needed.
- Check proofs and make revisions based on feedback from clients or the production team.
- Manage and organize digital assets and files to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with the production team and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Troubleshoot design and layout issues, finding creative solutions as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest design and printing technologies to improve the overall quality of printed materials.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop), Coreldraw or other DTP software.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of prepress and print production processes, particularly offset printing.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for design and layout.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the printing industry or with prepress operations.
