Profile: Loan Collection Executive role in banking process

Roles and Responsibility:
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Previous experience working as a collection officer
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Salary - 20k = Fresher to 6 months 25k =1yr to 2 yrs. collection and sales experience (depend on interview) 25k to 35k=2+yrs pure collection experience (depend on interview) + Incentive
- Experience
- Freshers/ 2-3years
- Age Limit 20-30 year
- Location - Sector 5 Noida

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
