Profile -Loan Collection Executive role in banking process

Roles and Responsibility:

- **Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.**

**Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.**

**Negotiating suitable payment plans.**

**Maintaining customer payment records.**

**Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.**
- Excellent negotiating skills.

**Previous experience working as collection officer**
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Salary - 20k = Fresher to 6 months

25k =1yr to 2 yrs collection and sales experience (depend on interview)

25k to 35k=2+yrs pure collection experience (depend on interview) + Incentive
- Experience
- Freshers/ 2-3years
- Age Limit 20 year -30 year
- Location - Noida

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
