**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and inventory.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance and advice on property investments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as:

- **Marketing**:

- **Urban Planning**:

- **Economics**:

- Proven sales experience in the real estate sector **(minimum 1 years preferred).**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of real estate laws and financing
- Local market expertise

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary + high commission structure
- Incentives, bonuses, and performance rewards
- Travel allowance (if applicable)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
