
Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Project ideation and planning
- Internal and external stakeholder communication
- Budget allocation and adherence
- Hiring, training, and guiding tele-callers teams
- Meeting deadlines
- Getting feedback
- Day-to-day operations
- Evaluating project performance
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient at managing time and resources
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to draw up detailed project plans and schedules
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing crises as and when they arise
- Negotiations
Technical Knowhow
- Must be well versed and experienced in Digital Performance marketing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Google Sheets Especially)
- MIS Reporting
- Well-versed with all social media platforms
(Especially Instagram, Facebook, Youtube & Linkedin)
- Create Performance marketing plans and lead campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Creation of ROI & ROAS Reports
- Create creative plans in alignment with the performance marketing and other plans.
- Daily creative publishing & Managing comments and reviews over various platforms.
- Finding trends, from existing day-to-day leads and realigning the digital campaigns.
- Maintaining a healthy database by collating all the data and making meaningful use of the same.
- Making online & offline marketing plans to achieve the larger goals.
- Creating a homogenous sync of various teams and stakeholders and ensuring smooth functioning.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
