- We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

**The Role**:
The role is in the Growth Marketing team of Razorpay. We are looking to hire an associate for an opening in the Central Growth Marketing team in Razorpay. We are looking for someone who has hands
- on knowledge of campaign automation tools like hubspot, moenagage, clevertap among others. The incumbent will be responsible for campaign optimization, running experiments like A/B tests along with general campaign OPS. The incumbent will also be responsible for growth initiatives for onboarding and revival. The detailed skills and responsibilities required are as follows:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage day campaign ops
- Manage experiments for open rate, click rate, read rate improvement
- Publish campaign reports and learnings for the team
- Creation and optimization of landing pages for interest collection
- Manage the portfolio of onboarding and retention
- Ensure funnel optimization, creation of drips, data instrumentation, campaign tracking and reporting
- Track revivals and ensure revivals keep on improving
- Responsible for insight generation through customer calls, surveys, interviews and data
- Identify seasonality for revival cohorts
- Work with product team to improve the onboarding flow

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of overall experience in growth/campaign management is a must
- Hands on experience using campaign automation tools like Moenagge, hubspot, netcore
- Comfortable with tech led integrations and talking to engineers to ensure data pipelining of events, attributes to create segment, CLCM or event based triggers
- Expected to be comfortable with Data analysis, hypothesis creation and experiment formulation
- Knows basics of brand and communications
- Can think logically and derive insights from complex problem statements
- Previous experience in funnel optimization would be a plus
