Medical Records Officer

Education: Diploma / Degree in Medical Records Management / Medical Records Technology / Medical Records Technician (Full-time)

Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in managing the MRD of a teaching hospital in totality

Key Role & Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible and accountable for the daily operations of the MRD in the entirety

2. To cooperate with the medical, nursing, department heads, patients, health agencies, other hospitals, and legal authorities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital as a whole and the department of medical records in particular.

3. To collect medical, administrative, and other statistics from HMIS as requested by the hospital, and provide health data for planning and assessment as directed by hospital administration.

4. To execute the NMC-related tasks in association with the RMO / MS and the team responsible.

5. To select appropriate personnel for the MRD and train and supervise them for performing their jobs efficiently.

6. To perform additional duties as assigned by the management in the best interest of the institution.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)
