- **Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the medical department, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and industry standards.

Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient patient care and hospital operations.

Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, implementing strategies to improve quality and patient safety.

Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Provide leadership in managing the hospital's medical budget, including cost-effective management of resources.

Work closely with the hospital's administrative team to ensure alignment with the institution’s goals and objectives.

Supervise and support ongoing medical education and professional development for staff.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.

Handle patient complaints and ensure effective communication and resolution processes.

Prepare and present reports on medical department performance to the hospital’s board and leadership team.
- **Qualifications**:
Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

At least [X] years of experience in a senior medical leadership position, such as Medical Director, Chief of Staff, or similar.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Strong management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.

Proven track record in improving clinical outcomes and hospital operations.

Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Strong decision-making abilities and a patient-centered approach.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:
Additional certifications in healthcare management or hospital administration.

Experience working in a large or multi-specialty hospital environment.
- **Experience**

A Clinical Postgraduate (MD/MS) with 10-15 years of experience in a medical college hospital; Medical Superintendent previous experience is desired. Experience in managing clinical teams, clinical & hospital operations, handling statutory compliance is must, as well as handling postgraduate and undergraduate students, is preferred. Education and experience must meet Navodaya Medical College requirements.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
