**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training & Development**
- Design and lead structured training sessions for MSWs focused on clinical protocols, community outreach, and patient interaction.
- Facilitate field-based training emphasizing communication, education, and health service referrals.
- Continuously assess individual MSW performance and tailor support to their learning needs.

**Field Coordination & Community Outreach**
- Plan and supervise the MSWs’ role in **village-based health camps, health awareness drives, and screening programs**.
- Guide MSWs in identifying people in need of healthcare or preventive services during outreach visits.
- Support MSWs in educating communities on key health issues and promoting behavior change.

**Government Scheme Facilitation**
- Train MSWs to understand and help patients access **central and state-level healthcare schemes**, including insurance, maternal and child welfare, disability assistance, and other social protection initiatives.

**Monitoring & Supervision**
- Track MSW activities through regular field visits, reviews, and structured reporting.
- Provide coaching and intervene in cases where performance gaps are observed.
- Coordinate closely with the Department of Community Medicine to align MSW work with broader public health objectives.

**Program Documentation & Improvement**
- Maintain clear records of training, fieldwork, and MSW progress.
- Help evolve the MSW program by introducing best practices and community feedback into future planning.
- Collaborate with hospital and academic teams to support outreach research and reporting needs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Master’s in Social Work (MSW)**, preferably in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work or Community Practice.
- At least **5 years of experience** in hospital, public health, or community-based roles.
- Practical knowledge of **health-related government schemes and social entitlements**.
- Proven experience in **training**, **supervision**, and **program coordination**.

**Language Proficiency**:

- **Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is required.**:

- Working proficiency in English (for reporting and training material).

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Grounded in community health realities and public service mindset.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to nearby villages as part of outreach and supervision.

**Salary**:Commensurate with experience and qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
