3D Design Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- **Develop Training Materials**:

- Create detailed lesson plans, training modules, and instructional materials for 2D and 3D animation courses.
- Design practical exercises, projects, and assessments to reinforce learning objectives.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students or employees.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support during practical animation exercises.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- **Assess and Evaluate**:

- Monitor and assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the animation industry.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect current industry standards.
- **Mentorship and Support**:

- Offer one-on-one mentorship to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and develop their skills.
- Provide career advice and guidance to aspiring animators.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other trainers, curriculum developers, and industry professionals to enhance the training program.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand and integrate industry requirements into training sessions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a 2D and 3D animator in a professional setting.
- Previous experience in teaching or training roles is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Autodesk Maya, Blender, etc.).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, character design, and visual effects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
