Position: Accounts and Finance Executive

Sunzone Sports and Play is a leading provider of premium sports infrastructure solutions across India. We specialize in sports flooring, EPDM surfaces, artificial turf, and specialty products for playgrounds and fitness zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day Bookkeeping in Tally ERP, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all financial transactions.
- Daily Maintenance of Stock Registers to ensure inventory records are always up to date.
- Issuing Tax Invoices to customers and maintaining accurate sales and billing records.
- Payment Follow-ups with clients for timely collections and maintaining proper aging reports.
- Preparation of Management Information Reports (MIS) to support business decisions.
- Cash Flow Forecasting to help manage working capital and liquidity planning.
- Profitability Analysis Reports on key product lines and clients to assist senior management in margin improvement initiatives.
- Assist in basic reconciliations, document filing, and supporting the finance team in routine operations.

Skillsets Required:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and formatting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and customers.
- Prior experience in generating MIS or financial analysis reports is a strong advantage.

Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience in an accounts and finance role, preferably in a trading, manufacturing, or distribution business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
