**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (Tally) to record transactions, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
- **GST Compliance**: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities and compliance with GST laws and regulations.
- **TDS Compliance**: Calculate TDS deductions on payments made to vendors, contractors, and other parties as per income tax laws. Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.) within the prescribed timelines.
- **Tally Entries**: Enter financial transactions into Tally ERP software, including sales invoices, purchase bills, payment receipts, and journal vouchers. Reconcile Tally entries with supporting documentation and bank statements.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Generate financial reports as needed for management review and decision-making.
- **Audit Support**: Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and assistance as required. Ensure compliance with audit procedures and regulatory requirements.
- **Vendor Management**: Maintain records of vendor invoices, payments, and TDS deductions. Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments.
- **Ad hoc Tasks**: Assist senior accounting staff with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, including data analysis, process improvements, and financial forecasting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Indian taxation laws, including GST and TDS regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Note**:

- Experience in maintaining the stock would be an added advantage.
- Preferred from Manufacturing or distribution background.

**Salary**: From ₹10,065.22 per month
