**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on Pre-IPO structuring, capital strategy, and market readiness
- Develop and present investor pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums
- Build financial models, perform company valuations, and assist in due diligence
- Identify and connect with institutional investors, VCs, and HNIs for fundraising
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams for IPO documentation
- Stay up to date with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and market listing requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and ecosystem partners
- Support end-to-end transaction execution, including deal structuring and closure

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Pre-IPO advisory
- Strong understanding of **IPO processes, SEBI regulations**, and capital markets
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in preparing investor materials and working with early-stage companies is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA
- Experience in a boutique investment bank, merchant bank, or capital markets firm
- Network of investors, merchant bankers, or legal firms is an added advantage
