**Job Title** **:Investment Banking Associate**

**Location**:Pune** (Onsite)

**Qualification & Experience**: CA (2+ years post qualification)

**Key Requirements**:

- Qualifications**:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)**
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience preferably in investment banking, FDD or assurance
- **Technical Skills**:
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and financial metrics

Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and Indian taxation regulations

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Stakeholder Management: Ability to work independently and ability to deal with multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Transaction Execution: Actively participate in the full life cycle of deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and preparation of transaction documents

Stakeholder Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships and dealing with external stakeholders including fund houses, merchant bankers, financial institutions on a regular basis

Preparation of Pitch-Books: Develop and design company-focused pitch-books and discussion documents for client meetings

Financial Models: Prepare and maintain comprehensive company projections valuation models for various transactions

Capital Markets & Private Equity: Work on a variety of deals in capital markets, private equity, and debt syndication
