Executive Assistant, Investment Banking

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Executive Assistant to support the Investment Bankers in Mumbai.
- C lient interaction with executives; act as liaison with clients and their assistants.
- Telephone coverage, take accurate messages, handle urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgment; back-up other lines, as needed, for bankers and colleagues.
- Prepare and submit all expense reports on Concur.
- Able to work well remotely with bankers when they are traveling.
- Coordinate significant travel both domestic and international.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience, preferably in an Executive Assistant role for the Investment Banking division
- Experience in supporting a team across a range of seniority levels
- Strong working knowledge of Concur, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Proactive and anticipatory
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
