We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in Investment Banking. You will play a pivotal role in leading & executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, supporting BD initiatives and providing strategic advisory to our clients. Location: BKC, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review collaterals such as teasers, investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books

· Prepare end to end financial models for M&A and PE transactions

· Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF

· Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions

· Support leadership team in execution of live transaction end to end

· Perform research on different sectors to build insights and strategies

· Lead business development initiatives, building relations with key stakeholders and sourcing deals

· Strong interest and awareness of the markets, investment activities, key players in different industries

Qualification:

· MBA from a reputed institution, CA, CFA

· Only candidates with prior investment banking experience will be considered
