**Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge.

**Marketing Collateral and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

**Sales Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the têxtile-dyeing and chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
