**Role Description**

We are looking for an Foreign language to English translator for our projects and review. The person should have a powerful command of English and Swedish, German, Japanese, French and Dutch and know Spiritual concepts (Added advantage)
- **English and one additional language (**Swedish, German, Japanese, French and Dutch**)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling all kinds of Translation, Editing, and proofreading projects from English to Swedish, German, Japanese, French and Dutch, and other languages & and vice versa in different domains.
- Manage the timely flow of all projects, ensuring that projects meet quality & and turn-around time.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent language skills in source and target languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Demonstrated experience in translation is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of cultural nuances
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with Translation Memory Software is preferred
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting translations of documents, texts, and audio recordings from English to Swedish, German, Japanese, French and Dutch, and vice versa, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and capturing the intended meaning
- Ensuring that translated materials adhere to cultural and linguistic nuances while considering the target audience and purpose of the document
- Read the given material and research industry-specific terminology
- Convert text and audio recordings from one language to one or more others
- Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone
- Prepare subtitles for videos and online presentations
- Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check the quality of translation
- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
- Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs
- Edit content to maintain its original format (e.g. font and structure)
- Network with field experts to stay current on new translation tools and practices

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
- Fluency in at least two languages - English and Swedish, German, Japanese, French and Dutch.
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Good knowledge of content editing tools
- Familiarity with translation software
- Time-management skills

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
