**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Translate** written content from **[source language]** to **Nepali** and vice versa while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and appropriate tone.
- **Proofread** and edit translations to ensure the final text is error-free and meets quality standards.
- **Research** terminology and language usage, especially for specialized fields such as legal, medical, or technical translation.
- **Adapt** content for specific cultural or regional dialects as needed (e.g., Nepali from different regions).
- **Maintain confidentiality** of sensitive or classified information.
- **Collaborate** with other translators, editors, and project managers to meet deadlines and client requirements.
- **Review** and suggest improvements to previously translated documents to ensure quality and consistency.
- **Provide** feedback and recommendations for improving translation processes and tools.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Fluency in **Nepali** and **[source language]** (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Literature, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a translator, with a portfolio or samples of previous work.
- Strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary in both **Nepali** and **[source language]**.
- Familiarity with CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation tools) is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
