We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Success Intern** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products/services, and enhancing their overall experience. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to engage with clients, solve problems, and drive customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure a smooth transition.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the team to improve the product/service experience.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) to improve customer engagement.
- Create support documentation, FAQs, and tutorials to enhance customer self-service.
- Monitor customer usage patterns and suggest improvements for better engagement.

**Who You Are**
- A self-motivated, problem-solving individual with a passion for customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or success (even as a college project/internship) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
