We are looking for a dedicated **Finance Associate** to join our team in Kochi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and generating financial statements for assigned clients. You will also analyze financial data, perform calculations, and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate reporting and insights.

**Responsibilities**:
**A. Reporting & Verification**
- Prepare MIS reports, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flows, and Profitability Statements.
- Reconcile daily revenue, payments, expenses, cash, bank, and balance sheet accounts.
- Compile budgets and implement budgetary controls.

**B. Revenue / Accounts Receivable**
- Manage invoices, bills, and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile client ledgers, analyze rejections and claims, and report findings.
- Prepare aging reports, send SOAs, and follow up on payments.
- Escalate overdue payments to relevant stakeholders.

**C. Expenses / Accounts Payable**
- Handle invoices, bills, and accounts payable transactions.
- Follow up on supplier statements, perform reconciliations, and assist with payables.
- Maintain post-dated cheques and monitor them regularly.
- Prepare and reconcile employee accommodation rent schedules and report to HR/AP.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial statements, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially MS Excel, and accounting software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
