Role Overview:

The Financial Relationship Associate will act as the key liaison between Aakash Educational Services and Grayquest to facilitate smooth loan processing for parents during the enrolment process. The role involves coordinating financial documentation, guiding parents on available EMI options, ensuring timely disbursement, and maintaining transparent communication with both the Aakash team and Grayquest representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents opting for Grayquest education loans during enrolment.
  • Explain EMI and financing options to parents and assist them in selecting suitable plans.
  • Support in collecting and verifying required financial and KYC documents.
  • Coordinate with Grayquest for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and payment statuses.
  • Resolve queries from parents related to loan procedures, payments, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Aakash operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth admission-to-payment flow.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the branch and regional management.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and partner (Grayquest) policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-handling and problem-solving ability
  • Basic understanding of financial processes or loan handling
  • Attention to detail and record management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, loan coordination, or customer relationship roles (preferred)
  • Experience in the education or financial services sector will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
